Sit (comfortably) on your own (no video) for one-to-five minutes, following what you've discovered

REMEMBER...

1. Smile as much as possible. (Gently.) With your lips, eyes, mind, and heart

2. Smile / relax / breathe throughout your day.

Even three breaths is brilliant: while walking, driving, cooking, doing dishes, listening to music, having a conversation, watching a show, etc.)
